General Job Description:
· Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs
· Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
· Answer a high volume amount of inbound calls
· Set appointments for clients to service vehicles
· Contact customers to confirm appointments
· Must make outbound calls
· Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
· Excellent phone presence
· Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
· Strong Computer & Phone Skills (REYNOLDS, Outlook, Excel)
· Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED
· Great Communication Skills
· Able to multi-task
· Bi-lingual is always a plus!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
RENTAL DEPARTMENT
· Initiate and close rental vehicles for service customers.
· Acquire from customer appropriate information.
o Current Driver License
o Current Full Coverage Insurance
o Credit card to keep on file for any incidental charges.
· Correspond with Service Advisors on vehicles that have been rented out for extended periods of time and report to Service Manager.
· Maintain monthly rental Utilization at the highest amount possible.
· Rotate rental vehicles out of service when initiated by General Manager.
· Rotate rental vehicles into service when provided by General Manager.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook email server.
INCOMING SERVICE REQUEST
· Correspond with customers regarding incoming service requests from all avenues funneled through email.
· Schedule appointments through Care Connect Scheduler
· Correspond with Service Advisors about shop load in order to determine when to schedule new appointments.
INCOMING AND OVERFLOW PHONE COVERAGE
· Answer incoming phone calls when short staffed or Service Advisors are busy.
· Answer incoming rental request phone calls
· Schedule incoming phone service requests or take message and give information to Service Advisor to respond.
INCOMING RECALL SERVICE REQUEST
· Gain knowledge of outstanding recalls on SOA vehicles and be able to communicate and educate customer on timing and release of recall repair.
· Schedule recall repairs via online requests or incoming phone requests.
